1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 2 cups cooked chicken, cut in strips 8 oz. penne or other pasta, cooked and drained 1 lb. cooked vegetables, cut in wedges (about 5 cups) 3/4 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese In skillet combine chicken, pasta and vegetables. Stir dressing mix into chicken broth; pour into skillet. Cook and stir over low heat until hot. Stir in cheese; serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
