Baked Salmon Fillets

I normally do NOT like Salmon. Per a friend. Lemon juice "squeezed" both sides... (sprinkle on Dill)... pats of butter over the fillet... 2/3 lemon slices... 350 - 30 minutes. Is perfection. Be sure & try it with the Dill...

Super easy and tasty! Just what I was looking for. I added more seasonings, but this is a perfect base for any stovetop salmon. Thanks!

The salmon came out fabulous! I modified the original recipe by adding 2 oz. of Smoked Maple Bourbon to the salmon for the last 15 minutes in the oven. My wife, who rarely eats fish, ate the whole fillet piece. She put the extra juices on her salmon and also on the rice. We will be preparing it this way from now on!

Flavor was okay, but the texture of this baked salmon came out chewy and a bit bland. Husband prefers the salmon grilled or pan fried with a slightly charred flavor.

Easy and delicious. I left the butter out but gave the fillet a light olive oil brushing. Lemon zest, lemon and sugar per your recipe and then added some ginger. Yum, yum, yum! Thank you.

We loved it. I think that next time I will try to make it this way and grill it. I also used olive oil instead of butter.

I made this last night for the second time an it was AMAZING!! I added two good shakes of soy sauce to the sugar, next time I think I'll add some freshly grated ginger...one question: Am I supposed to skin the fillets before baking? I aven't but it seems to make more sense. Thnks for this recipe...It's now my go-to for salmon :)

OMG this was sooo good. I added lemon pepper seasoning, a little cinnamon and used sweet yellow bell peppers and it was truly to die for. Along with garlic mashed potatoes n steamed corn, I could eat this every day :-)
