PORK CHOPS IN BARBECUE SAUCE 
6 pork chops, 1/3" thick

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown pork chops in electric fry pan. Drain off fat. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meat. Simmer, covered for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
