BARBECUE SAUCE FOR PORK RIBS | |
1 c. catsup 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 3 dashes Worcestershire 3 dashes red wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Pinch of dried oregano Salt and pepper 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Combine all ingredients and heat until boiling. Simmer 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. This is good on ribs, pork roast and pork chops. |
