PORK SPARERIBS WITH BARBECUE SAUCE | |
MEAT: 2-3 lb. pork spareribs BARBECUE SAUCE FOR PORK: 3/4 c. honey 1/4 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. ginger juice 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce (optional) Blend all sauce ingredients. Pour over pork and marinate meat overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is golden brown and tender. |
