PORK SPARERIBS
These are great! The most tender ribs you'll ever have.

3 racks of ribs (baby back)
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper, for sprinkling
garlic powder, for sprinkling
barbecue sauce (I use Carolina vinegar style)
hot sauce (your favorite)

Preheat oven to slow (300°F).

Cover ribs with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place ribs in pan. Cover with water and vinegar mixture. Cover with lid or foil.

Bake at 300°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until well done. Remove from oven and place on gas barbecue grill on low heat and apply barbecue sauce with silicone brush. Turn once and brown slightly on each side (10 minutes each side). Remove and serve with hot sauce and extra sauce on side.

Note: Good sides are corn bread and mixed baked beans (pinto, great northern, and pork & beans). The vinegar breaks down the fat in the meat so they fall off the bone!!!

My husband wouldn't stop raving about these ribs! He used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and it paired perfectly. Definitely making these again (and maybe doubling the batch next time!). Thank you for sharing!!
