SPICY CHEESE, BROCCOLI AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté onion in butter. Blend in the Cheez Whip, soup, water and seasoning until smooth. Gently fold in the broccoli and rice.

Bake for 30 minutes.
