BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (10 oz.) can chicken, drained
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 soup can of water
16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes

In a 13x9-inch baking dish, layer rice, spices, chicken, and broccoli. Spoon soup over broccoli. Pour water over all, top with cheese cubes, cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and stir bake 5 to 10 more minutes.
