CHICKEN RICE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. converted rice, cook in 2 qt. water or 1 1/2 c. minute rice, cooked in 1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Cheez Whiz
1/3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box Tyson chicken chunks

Saute onion in butter. Add cheese, soup and milk; heat until cheese is melted. Add broccoli, chicken and cooked hot rice. Mix well and heat in buttered casserole 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
