BROCCOLI RICE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 whole onion, chopped
1 (20 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar mild Mexican Cheez Whiz
3 chicken breast halves, cooked, skinned and boned and cut in pieces

Melt butter in pan. Add onion and cook until soft. Add soup and Cheez Whiz, cooked rice and broccoli, and cut up chicken.

Place in 9 by 13 inch greased casserole. Can be kept in refrigerator and reheated for serving.
