BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
Head of raw broccoli, cut up or 1 (16 oz.) frozen
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Curry powder to taste
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter
1 c. bread crumbs

Place uncooked broccoli and chicken in 9 x 13 inch pan. Make sauce from soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and cheese. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Next put bread crumbs on top. Melt butter and pour on top of bread crumbs. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
