CHICKEN-RICE-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. cubed chicken 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed Cook rice as directed on package but only 15 minutes. Break broccoli apart and spread on tops of rice. Cook until rice and broccoli are tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat - add soup, salt and chicken. Bake in a 2 quart casserole dish for 20-30 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
