“MIKE'S HOT WINGS” IS IN:

MIKE'S HOT WINGS 
5 lb. chicken wings (split at joint with tips removed)

MIKE'S WING SAUCE:

1 cup FRANK'S® Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing (don't use the creamy type)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
2 tbsp. tomato paste

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

celery sticks
ranch dressing
bleu cheese dressing
dairy sour cream

Prepare wings by cutting at joint and discarding tips. Grill wings on BBQ or in oven until the skin is slightly crisp.

Mix cayenne pepper sauce, salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce and butter in saucepan and warm until butter melts. Add a couple tablespoons of tomato paste to slightly thicken.

Serve the wings covered with the sauce and any extra on the side.
