MRS. MCDANIEL'S CLASS HOT WINGS
This recipe is from my wonderful teacher Mrs. McDaniel at STMS.

1 (2-3 lb.) pkg. chicken wings (split at joint, discard tip)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Ranch or bleu cheese dressing (for dipping)

SAUCE:

1 (16 oz.) bottle FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Preheat oven to 500°F (hot). Place chicken wing pieces on a baking sheet pan, and bake for 20 minutes on bottom rack or until cooked.

Meanwhile in a medium saucepan over medium heat, pour about 1/3 bottle hot sauce in the pan and melt 1/2 stick butter into hot sauce.

Once wings are finished cooking, place in saucepan to coat with the sauce. Then place back into the oven under broiler or 500°F on top rack to about 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Then put back in saucepan with the remaining sauce ingredients and flip onto a dish.

Serve with either Ranch or bleu cheese dressing.

Note: You don't have to use the whole stick of butter, use less butter to make sauce taste more hot. To save time you can buy pre-cut "PARTY WINGS".
