2 large yellow onions, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups ketchup (Hunts)
4 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
2 tbsp. oil (olive or vegetable)
salt and pepper, to taste

Cut onions into 1/2-inch long pieces. Coat frying pan with 2 tablespoons oil. On medium heat sauté onion in oil with salt and pepper. Add ketchup and hot sauce. Cook on medium, stirring often, for about 10 minutes.

Once sauce has thickened and onions are soft, they are ready to put on your favorite hot dog.
