HOMEMADE HOT WINGS | |
1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce 12 chicken wings (split at joint, tips discarded) or 6 drumsticks 1 tbsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's) 1 tsp. ground black pepper Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large mixing bowl mix seasoned salt, pepper and hot sauce. Then, dip chicken pieces in the mixture to coat. You can dip chicken pieces one at a time or all at once. After you do that lightly spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick spray (Pam) so chicken won't stick. Then place chicken about 1-inch apart. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Start to check them. When they are ready they should look light brown, the skin should be to where you can see pepper and seasoning salt. Let cool for five minutes before eating. Submitted by: Jane M. Howell |
