HOT AND SPICY CHICKEN WINGS | |
For a more professional party presentation, cut wings at the joints and discard tips before placing on baking dish. I usually triple this recipe and use 3 pounds wings! 1 lb. chicken wings HOT AND SPICY SAUCE: 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 tbsp. red pepper flakes 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® Red Hot sauce 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. onion powder 2 tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped Combine tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, FRANK'S® Red Hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and Jalapeno peppers in a medium size bowl. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Place chicken wings on baking dish. Brush sauce over wings. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Turn over and brush with sauce and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery, if desired. Serves 4. Submitted by: Carol Cameron |
