Mangos
Hawaiian salt
2 - 3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Five spice (powder)
Couple drops red coloring
Water and lemon to taste

Clean and cut mangos in strips. Salt and dry. Mix dried mangos with remaining ingredients.
