CHICKEN - ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
Boneless chicken breasts
Zucchini squash
Onions
Grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
Spices

Spray Pam on dish. Put a layer of zucchini squash. Lay a layer of chicken breast on top of that. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt. Put a layer of onion cut in rings. Sprinkle oregano, basil, dill and bay leaf. Put a layer of cheese. Put a can of mushroom soup on top. Bake about an hour or until it bubbles and is brown at 350 degrees.

My whole family loved this dish. Even my daughter who has never liked squash told me the squash was delicious. I made it about two weeks ago and am actually making it again tonight. It's so simple and so yummy.

I added fresh mushrooms and mixed a can of Cream of Chicken Soup with the Cream of Mushroom. Delicious.
