PEACH COBBLER | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 2 cans peach pie filling 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 sticks butter Melt butter in 13 x 8 inch Pyrex dish, swirl around sides. Mix flour and sugar; pour in milk. Mix well. Pour into buttered dish. Stir well, then add pie filling by spooning on top. Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. |
