MONTANA MEATLOAF 
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 slices fresh bread, crumbled
1 med. or lg. onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded raw carrot
1 1/2 -2 lbs. ground beef

SAUCE:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Break eggs in a bowl and beat well. Add milk, salt, pepper and crumbled bread. Stir until bread is well moistened and "mushy". Add hamburger, carrot, onion and cheese; mix again.

Pat mixture into loaf pan. Mix together brown sugar, ketchup and mustard; pour and spread mixture over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven 10 minutes before serving.
