EASY OVEN BEEF STROGANOFF 
4 lb. beef, eye roast or chuck, cubed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans of water for each kind of soup
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Wide egg noodles

In a Dutch oven or crock pot, mix all ingredients except noodles together. In Dutch oven bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours; in crock pot, cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. All cooking times are approximate until beef is tender. Serve on top of wide egg noodles or other noodles of choice. Serves 10 to 12.
