HOMINY CASSEROLE 
1 can yellow hominy
1 can white hominy
1 can cheddar cheese soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 can chopped green chilies
1/2 sm. onion, finely diced

Cook hominy with salt and pepper to taste for 15 minutes. Drain and add cheese soup, sour cream, onion and green chilies. Pour into a buttered casserole dish, top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
