EASY HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and garlic. Add beef. Cook without stirring until red color is gone. Add flour, salt and pepper; cook 5 minutes. Add soups and sour cream; simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, noodles or toast. Yield 4-5 servings.
