GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
Cook noodles
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Brown meat and onion; pour off any grease. Add flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes on medium heat, uncovered. Add soup and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and noodles. Adjust quantity to personal taste. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings. If desired, serve noodles separately and let each guest spoon on the stroganoff.
