PINEAPPLE - BAKED HAM | |
1 (4 oz.) fully cooked canned ham 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices, undrained Place ham in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Arrange pineapple slices over sugar; sprinkle with reserved pineapple juice. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches 130 degrees to 140 degrees. Transfer to a serving platter. Yields: 16 servings. |
