1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 slices of cubed bread
16 oz. can crushed pineapple

Cream butter and sugar and add eggs, beat until fluffy. Stir in bread cubes, drain pineapple and add to mixture. Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If triple recipe only use 10 eggs.
