PINEAPPLE HAM BAKE 
1 (4-5 lb.) ham
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 tsp. concentrate orange juice
2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. raisins

Sprinkle ham with garlic powder. Place on roasting pan or wrap in foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

Meanwhile, for sauce, combine in saucepan pineapple juice (set aside crushed pineapple). Add orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, ginger; stir constantly until boiling. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Will thicken. Remove 1/2 cup sauce; set aside. Add 1/2 cup raisins. Cook for another 3 minutes (with crushed pineapple).

Good to brush ham with reserved 1/2 cup sauce during last 30 minutes cooking time. Serve with pineapple sauce.
