PINEAPPLE HAM BAKE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 c. (1 1/4 lbs.) ground, cooked ham
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Brown sugar

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Add 4 cups of ham, 1 cup soft bread crumbs. Mix well, and shape into 6 croquettes. To shape, use a custard cup or shape like hamburgers.

Arrange 6 pineapple slices in bottom of a shallow baking dish; sprinkle each slice with a little brown sugar. Place a croquette on top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned in a 375 degree oven.

After 30 minutes of baking, baste each croquette with a little pineapple juice.
