BAKED HAM WITH PINEAPPLE GLAZE 
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix first 2 ingredients in saucepan, add crushed pineapple with juice, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat until thick. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove ham 30 minutes before done and pour sauce over ham and continue to bake, or serve in separate dish to accompany ham.

Our fave pineapple glaze for ham. I don't always add the salt since the ham has plenty. I usually double the recipe & use the 20 oz pineapple can. I don't pour the whole doubled recipe over the ham. I save some for serving on the side. EVERYONE loves the ham & no matter how big of a ham we get there is never any leftover.
