BAKED HAM 
Place ham in a roast pan, fat side up. Add 3 cups water and cover roaster. Bake at 325-350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes per pound. To brown, take ham out of oven 30 minutes before total cooking time is over. Drain off fat. Remove rind and score fat in a diamond pattern. Insert cloves and cover with your favorite glaze. Return to oven, raise temperature to 400 degrees and bake uncovered for remaining 30 minutes.

PINEAPPLE GLAZE FOR HAM:

Mix together: 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional) 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel (optional)

Spoon over ham for last 30 minutes of baking time. Garnish with pineapple rings and cherries.

Variations:

HONEY - ORANGE GLAZE:

1 c. honey
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine and spoon over ham for last 30 minutes of baking time.

CRANBERRY GLAZE:

1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. orange rind
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed

Combine and spoon over ham for last 30 minutes of baking time.
