BAKED HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
3/4 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Mix eggs, milk. Then add other ingredients. May need extra milk. Should have consistency of meat loaf. Shape into loaf and pour glaze over. Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook until all sugar is dissolved and pour over ham loaf and bake. Baste with glaze often during baking.
