CIDER-GLAZED BAKED HAM
4 to 5 lb. fully cooked boneless cured ham
1 cup apple cider
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 cup honey
red, green and yellow apple slices - for garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ham in a 13x9-inch baking pan. Pour apple cider over ham.

In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients, except apple slices. Spoon sauce over entire ham.

Bake at 350°F, basting every 15 minutes with pan juices, for 60 to 70 minutes until heated through. Serve with pan juices and garnish with apple slices.
