1 package of yellow Duncan Hines cake mix (without butter). Mix according to directions. Pour batter into greased and floured baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.

Mix together: 1 c. sugar 2 lb. ricotta cheese

Add 1 cup unsweetened drained crushed pineapple. Pour mixture over batter. Bake 1 hour or more if needed at 350 degrees.
