DILL AND ONION BREAD 
3 c. bread flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. dill
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. butter or oil
3 tbsp. sugar

Put all ingredients in bread maker. Start bread maker. May be used to make regular way in oven. 1 loaf.

I like this bread as it didn't get hard in storage. I store mine cut-side-down on the wood cutting board. I wasn't able to taste much of the onion, but the bread was soft.
I used regular white flour in the recipe.
