ONION - DILL BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 egg
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter (room temperature)
1 sm. onion, minced fine
1 tsp. dill seed
2 c. flour

Heat cottage cheese, cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add cottage cheese, egg, sugar and butter. Stir in onion and dill seed. Mix flour, salt and soda together and add to mixture. Let rise to double. Dough will be sticky. Knead 25 times. Place in bread pan or 2 quart casserole that is well greased. Let rise until double. Bake 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees. This is a bread that anyone can make in a couple of hours.
