HAMBURGER MEAT STROGANOFF 
1/2 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced or a little garlic salt substituted for clove garlic
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 (1 lb.) ground beef
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Sauté onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stir in soup. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over hot noodles.

Makes 4-6 servings.

This was delicious! I LOVE Stroganoff, and this was amazing! Be careful not to overcook it at the end. Don't let it continue to simmer. My husband made that mistake trying to keep it warm and it lost a lot of the sauce.

Made this as a quick meal, we liked it but it needed a little more of a sour twang. Will make it again and tweek it.
