A.1. EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew beef (1-inch cubes)
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. water
1/2 c. A.1. Steak Sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
Confetti noodles or hot cooked noodles

In skillet, brown beef in 2 tablespoons butter. Transfer meat to plate. In same skillet, add remaining butter and cook mushrooms and onion until tender. Return meat to skillet; add water and steak sauce. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 50 to 60 minutes until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles. Makes 4 servings.

Confetti Noodles: Cook 6 ounces medium egg noodles according to package directions; rain. Toss noodles with 3 tablespoon each of butter and chopped parsley and 1/4 cup grated carrot.
