EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak (1/4-1/2 inch thick)
2/3 c. water
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Cut meat in strips. Brown quickly in 3 tablespoons oil (should not be completely done at this stage). Add water, mushrooms and soup mix. Heat to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour. Add to meat, cook until sauce thickens. Serve over buttered noodles or rice. Brown rice is excellent.
