EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin pieces or GROUND SIRLOIN
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (I use fresh mushrooms)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
2/3 c. milk
Hot parslied noodles

Brown meat in butter. Add onions, mushrooms and seasonings.

Cook until tender.

Add cream cheese and milk.

Continue cooking, stirring, until cheese melts.

Serve over noodles.

Serves 4.
