2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 sm. jar apricots, carrots or applesauce baby food
1 c. chopped pecans

Grease and flour cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

ICING:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 or 4 tsp. powdered sugar

Ice when cool.
