GREEN BEANS (LEBANESE) 
1 bag green beans (frozen)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. cinnamon (may use more if desired)
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown the ground beef and onion. Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or more. The longer it simmers the more the flavor of cinnamon will enhance it. Serve over rice.

Serves 6.
