Perfect Lobster Tail

My husband made this recipe for us today and all I can say is wow....the lobster turned out absolutely moist, not rubbery in the least, I mean, fall apart moist! And the flavor, OMG...it was probably the most delicious Lobster that I think I have ever had! So savory, and you don't need to salt and pepper it at all, I mean, if you use the left over spiced butter from the basting, oh wow, just ... oh WOW!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I've struggled with lobster tail in the past - never quite acceptable. This was simple, and just about the best I've ever eaten, including from some restaurants. What a great way to celebrate New Years Eve.

First time cooking lobster tails. These were small ones. Wow, so delicious! And perfectly cooked. I was so afraid I'd overcook them. You don't even NEED to serve these with extra butter - they are so delicious already. The lemon is wonderful. Thank you for this recipe - I will never be afraid to cook lobster tails again!

I have no idea what I'm doing in the kitchen but I was spending Christmas alone and hell if I wasn't gonna make myself something nice. I tried my best on this and after setting the smoke alarm off about a dozen times I ended up with a delicious lobster dinner. Came out much better than I thought I would be able to do!

Wow. I cannot imagine wasting the money trying another recipe. This was so easy and fantastic. I cook and bake often but not lobster. All the previous positive comments are correct. This recipe is a must for lobster tails. I used the frozen lobster tails from Trader Joe's and Kerrygold butter. Since those tails are small I used half of the recipe for four. There was plenty. Simply delicious.

This was the first time ever cooking lobster & it turned out perfect! I added a few other ingredients to the marinade: garlic powder & seasoning salt. The cooking time was just right. Everyone enjoyed their dinner! I will be using this recipe from here on out!

Thank you, thank you for submitting this. I have refused to prepare Lobster - because I have been intimidated by it (even though I love it)... Next shopping trip - ONE lobster tail. The fantastic reviews helped seal the deal on doing this. Thanks again!
