BROCCOLI SLAW 
1 pkg. broccoli slaw
1 pkg. oriental Ramen soup (uncooked)
1/2 c. almond slivers
1/2 c. sunflower nuts (no shells)
1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
Ramen seasoning mix

Crumble uncooked Ramen noodles and add to broccoli slaw. Add almonds and sunflower nuts. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning mix together and pour over slaw. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

I make this all the time. The thing I do different is that I toast the Ramen noodles and almonds in a saute pan with a stick of unsalted butter. It adds an interesting texture to the Ramen noodles. It is always very popular at various gatherings.
