GRANDMA'S CHEESE SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 envelope gelatin
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. bottle Maraschino cherries
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream

To cream cheese, add a little mayonnaise and blend. Add gelatin dissolved in 1/4 hot water. Add cut cherries and crushed pineapple. Add a little salt and heavy cream to make the right consistency. Mold in refrigerator tray and chill thoroughly. Cut in squares and serve on crisp lettuce with assorted crackers.
