PORK CHOPS WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE 
Salt and pepper
8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick each
2 tbsp. butter
10 oz. canned cream of mushroom soup
8 knobs butter
Bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season each pork chop with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter and sear pork chops. Place in oven-proof dish. Add potatoes and cream of mushroom soup and place knobs of butter over mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
