MUSHROOM PORK CHOPS 
12 center cut pork chops
2 c. flour
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Dip chops in flour and shake off excess. Brown chops well on both sides in a greased skillet. Then place chops in a casserole dish. Spread mushroom soup over chops. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese baked covered in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
