MUSHROOM BAKED PORK CHOPS | |
4 to 6 pork chops 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced 1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms, drained and sliced 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) golden mushroom soup 2 tbsp. water 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Lightly coat a 2-quart ovenproof dish with vegetable oil Arrange pork chops in dish, and cover with onion slices and mushrooms. 3. In a small bowl, mix together soup and 2 tablespoons water. Spoon over chops and vegetables. Cover and bake for 30 minutes; uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Until pork chops are thoroughly cooked and tender. Makes 4 to 6 serving. |
