MUSHROOM PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 (1/2-inch thick) boneless pork chops
4 to 6 medium thin-sliced peeled potatoes
1 env. Lipton onion-mushroom recipe soup mix
1 3/4 cups hot water

In skillet brown pork chops; drain. In greased 2-quart baking dish arrange potatoes, then pork chops. Add onion if like, then add soup mix thoroughly blended with water. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
