EASY HILLBILLY PASTIES 
1 pkg chicken gravy mix
1 cup cold water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 lb ground beef
1 stalk celery
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion
salt and pepper
Pie dough cut into 6" circles
non-stick spray

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Fry beef, celery, onion, and salt and pepper. When done, whisk in gravy, water and cornstarch. Simmer until thickened. Spoon into pie dough; fold edges onto top of pie dough. Lightly spray non-stick or olive oil spray on top.

Bake until golden brown.
